Our residential team is led by Kat Cotton, our Head of Residential, who has 30 years experience in residential care settings.  All of our residential support workers hold at least an NVQ Level 3 qualification in health and social care (or equivalent) or are currently working towards one.  The team also includes two registered nurses. One of our nursing team members is a member of the Boarding School Association.
