St Catherine’s is seeking a hard-working and enthusiastic individual to join our busy and energetic team as a Job Coach, to make a real impact on the lives of learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

You will be working part time (12 hours per week during term time) alongside our Work Experience Co-Ordinator & Job Coach and supporting the inclusion of students in the work place and in work place learning activities.  

By collaborating with local employers you will ensure that work placements are tailored to meet each learner’s individual career goals and capabilities

This is a part-time post –12 hours per week during term time plus development days.

This post has been approved by grant funding to enhance the life chances of students with additional vulnerabilities alongside their identified speech, language and communication needs for example looked after children and those in receipt of pupil premium.  The appointment is initially for one year to be reviewed on success criteria. 

Salary £8,113.63 Actual for the hours and weeks worked
